Congregations also need to set out how it will use its resources (finance, property etc) to achieve their Plan and what it needs from its Presbytery to do this. Congregations in our Presbytery have options about how they wish to do this – they can participate in a Mission Practice tracker pilot or produce a Mission Action Plan. Further details and materials can be found in the ‘Useful documents’ section. Delivering mission and discipleship – Mission Toolkit To assist congregations in developing their Vision and fulfilling their mission and discipleship activity, a Mission Toolkit has been created which has links to a wide range of initiatives and sources of information. It will be regularly updated and additions are actively encouraged – please send your ideas to elisabeth.manson@btinternet.com | Useful links Church of Scotland Mission Planning Act – section 2A (page 7) Useful documents Presbytery of the South West - Mission Action Plan Guidance (28.08.26) Presbytery of the South West - Mission Action Plan template (12.09.26) Presbytery of the South West - Mission Action Plan flowchart (28.08.26) |
