The Mission Committee seeks to inspire and encourage the churches in Presbytery in mission local, national and international with particular emphasis on the five marks of mission: TELL others to follow Jesus, TEACH his followers to love him more, TEND for those who are hurting, TREASURE our planet and TRANSFORM injustices.
To assist the Presbytery and the congregations within its bounds to be informed, inspired and supported to develop local, national and world mission.

Mission Facilitator Brian Devlin serves the Presbytery of the South West in his role as Mission Facilitator. He has been working almost 2 years with a remit to support the work of the mission pioneers as line manager. In addition to this, he is exploring mission across the Presbytery by gathering information and undertaking research by which to encourage the development of mission and discipleship to serve and support local churches.
