These Standing Orders set out how the Presbytery of the South West conducts its business and exercises its responsibilities within the Church of Scotland.  They provide a practical framework for meetings, decision-making, committees, and office-bearers, supplementing the Acts and Standing Orders of the General Assembly and reflecting local arrangements agreed by the Presbytery.  Together, they are intended to support good order, transparency, and effective governance in the life and work of the Presbytery.
